Performs general building maintenance and grounds tasks such as mopping floors, cleaning walls and cutting grass; Assists in the performance of minor painting, carpentry and electrical work; Performs minor plumbing tasks such as repairing toilets and replacing faucets and faucet washers. HS Diploma or equivalent required; $17.00/hr.
