Develop, organize, and lead engaging individual and group activity programs tailored to resident interests and abilities. Maintain activity documentation, resident care plans, attendance records, and required NYS DOH reporting. Supervise, support, and orient activity staff and volunteers. Assist with special events, community relations, and facility engagement initiatives. HS Diploma or equivalent and 2 years’ experience required; $19.00-$23.00/hr.
