An IT Support Technician is responsible for providing support and maintenance to the company’s computers and electronic devices. This role serves as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as PC and printer problems, to enhance productivity. 1 year of IT experience or equivalent certificate or education equivalent. Minimum High School or GED certificate. Efficient understanding of technology, including hardware, data storage, operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
