The position serves as the second in charge of sales initiatives and functions to the Store Manager. Duties include assisting the Store Manager in providing leadership and direction to the Sales team and Team Leaders, ensuring a positive customer shopping experience and performing operational activities throughout the store. Prior retail experience and HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; $20.30-$30.50/hr.
