Actively engage in lobby management, meeting and greeting customers and proactively inquiring and taking ownership to address the customer’s immediate need. Balance and process customer transactions efficiently. Take ownership of escalated account services issues until resolution; complete and accurately log all customer complaints in the appropriate system. HS Diploma or equivalent and 6+ months’ customer service experience required. The position will be at the Northgate Plaza in Chenango. The pay range is $18.00 – $26.21/hr.
