Oversees the Deli operation of the store to ensure that all budgeted financial objectives and departmental product quality and presentation standards are achieved to promote optimal opportunity for sales. Responsible for the hiring, training, and development of all Deli staff. Documents performance issues and recommends disciplinary actions as needed. $20.25-$32.00/hr.
