Performs as a team member with Line Cooks, Dishwashers, Supervisors, Chefs, Servers, Utilities, and pertinent company Associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation on a scheduled shift. Responsible for preparation and presentation of all foods on the buffet line, ensuring the efficiency of the line on a scheduled shift is completed in accordance with Company specifications and standards and cleanliness of work area.
