As a Human Resources Generalist, you will collaborate with employee relations to review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications. Requirements for the job include preferably an associate’s degree in business, Human Resources related field with two (2) years of relevant HR experience required. The position is located at Binghamton, NY. The pay range is $24.04-$28.85/hr based on experience.
