The director will design, develop and implement strategic DEI and recruiting programs throughout the organization. This key position collaborates closely with the director of Human Resources and will serve as chair of the existing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Committee. Responsibilities: Chair DEI committee and oversee all activities associated with this committee. Manage all hiring platforms and work with hiring managers to assure all open positions are filled. Oversee recruiting activities through tabling, social media, and other creative endeavors.
