The Youth ACT Team Lead plays a key role in guiding and supporting staff, leading team planning meetings, and providing clinical direction. They offer individual supervision, work alongside staff, and deliver direct services. This leadership role involves overseeing client intake, assessments, service plans, and discharge procedures, while ensuring compliance with standards.
