As an Accounting Assistant, you are responsible for set-up of banking instructions for all new customers; Work with CSR, customers, and their banks to ensure set-up by their banks is completed timely, if needed; Track and follow-up through completion of set-up. Create and process invoicing files to send to bank for collection. Prepare bank reconciliations for review by Director of Accounting.
