Responsible for the operation of the meat department in the absence of the meat manager. Cuts all meat in accordance with trim specifications and guidelines and ensures the quality and freshness of product in the meat case to promote optimal opportunity for sales. HS Diploma or equivalent required; 6-12 months’ experience preferred; $21.50-$28.00/hr.
