Responsible for maintaining the buffet line fully stocked and presentable at all times. Responsible for knowing what ingredients are used in the dishes in order to communicate information to guests. Responsible for preparing salads, dressings, canapés, and other cold dishes. HS Diploma or equivalent preferred; no prior experience needed; $16.00/hr.
