As a Residential Assistant Team Director, you will directly supervise staff scheduled fewer than 20 hours per week, including relief staff. Indirectly supervise staff scheduled 20 or more hours per week. Coach, mentor and train staff in best practices of a residential environment. Two years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, and at least six months as a Senior Direct Support Professional. Associate degree preferred, with consideration of a continuing education plan. The pay range is $21-24/hour.
