As an Evidence Technician, you will Receive, process and document items submitted and secure items in designated area. Correctly document the dispersal and return of items for analysis. Properly apply techniques to ensure the integrity of items submitted. Operate equipment in accordance with established protocols and quality control procedures. Maintain an accurate chain-of-custody. Requirements include Associates degree with at least 18 credit hours in criminal justice, biology or health science OR, HS Diploma/GED with 2 years of experience performing tasks in a lab or clinical setting, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. The salary range is $40,391 to $49,743 Annually.
