Oversee daily building operations to ensure a safe, functional, and fully compliant environment for all residents, staff, and visitors. Participate in subcommittees of the Homeless Coalition of Broome County, contributing to coordinated community planning and service alignment. Associate’s degree in Human Services, Social Work or a related field preferred; Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness or in a related field. The pay range is $21.00-$23.00/hr.
