Assists with planning to ensure proper non-exempt staffing levels within the production and support departments. Coordinates completion of all new hire pre-employment processes, such as facilitating background checks and physical ability tests. Assists with scheduling, coordinating, and facilitating orientation process for new hires. Confidentially manages electronic filing system for HR-specific records and employee files, such as personnel, safety, training, legal, and medical files. Bachelor’s or 5+ years’ office experience required. The pay range is $23.00-$27.00/hr.
