Fisher Associates is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to lead and continuously improve our company-wide safety program within a multidisciplinary AEC professional services firm. As the Health and Safety Manager, you will lead multi-state safety initiatives, partner closely with leadership and project teams, and help integrate health and safety into daily operations as a core business priority, supporting professional staff who balance technical work, client requirements, travel, and field conditions. Base salary ranges from $80,000-$120,000. Requires bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, health, or related field, or equivalent experience; and 3+ years managing a multi-state, company-wide safety program for a mid-sized organization (~200 employees).
