As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring resident and staff safety by being responsible for repairs to the buildings and furnishings as well as up-keep of the grounds including lawn care and snow/ice removal. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and exceptional customer service skills. Must be at least 18 years of age, have one year of related work experience, and current valid driver’s license.
