As an Assistant Manager, you will Lead and manage the Paint & Powdercoat team, ensuring they remain on task with high performance and adherence to safety and quality standards. Ensure all team members have the necessary supplies and tools to complete their jobs efficiently and plan ahead to ensure there are no gaps in production and/or down time. High School Diploma or equivalent and prior experience are preferred. The positions salary $62,500 – $70,000 per year.
