The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for applying engineering principles to optimize and improve our metal finishing production processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, safety, and cost reduction. This role involves hands-on work on the production floor, data analysis, and collaboration with all levels of the organization. Bachelor’s required; Pay range is $17.50-$25.00/hr.
