Reporting within the Information Technology Services (ITS) Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a key role in supporting and advancing good service management practices within Information Technology Services. Core responsibilities include but are not limited to change management, development and maintenance of workflows, policy and inventory tracking, and support for regular compliance activities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Project Management Office (PMO), technical teams, Information Security, and administrative partners to promote consistent processes, reliable services, and a culture of continuous improvement. Starting salary range from $57,151 – $70,000/yr; requires a bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field; or an associate’s degree with equivalent experience.
