As a member of the management team, the Retail Sales Manager will supervise and participate in the merchandising/set up of the selling floor to provide maximum sales and customer service. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree, preferred. Prior retail sales management experience; Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
