 l Service Merit System\, Civil Service exams\, the NY HELPS program\, and 
 career pathways with NYS\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Department of Civil Service is t
 he central personnel agency for the Executive Branch of New York State gov
 ernment\, serving approximately 150\,000 employees.\n\nOur mission is to b
