As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will communicate with Community Manager on Status of Make Ready Units. Complete minor or routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, carpentry and other maintenance activities using hand tools. Complete, maintain all daily, weekly, monthly tasks required. Emergency on-call duties as required or assigned. Requirements: Minimum 5+ years prior hands-on apartment maintenance experience desired.
