The Center is conveniently located on the #7 Clinton Street and #8 Front Street bus lines and one block away from the #35 Endicott line. If coming by car, customer parking is available in the rear of the building.

The Tioga Employment Center is located just north of the Village of Owego on Rt 38. The Center is at the Tioga Health and Human Resources building located at 1062 Rt 38. The Center is served by Tioga Transit with several pick up locations throughout Tioga County. If coming by car, there is ample parking available.
